Summary
CleanedIn does not collect personal data, does not run analytics, and does not send your browsing data to the developer or any third-party servers.
What Data We Access
The extension reads content already visible in your LinkedIn feed so it can apply your local filtering rules (for example: categories, keywords, names, connection level, profile type, and age).
What Data We Store
- Filter settings you configure in the extension popup.
- UI preferences such as section open/closed state.
This data is stored using browser extension storage APIs (`chrome.storage.local` and `chrome.storage.sync`).
Data Transmission
CleanedIn does not transmit your feed content, profile names, keywords, or settings to the developer's servers.
If your browser account sync is enabled, your settings may sync through your browser vendor's sync infrastructure (for example, Google or Microsoft), which is controlled by your browser account settings.
Third Parties
CleanedIn does not embed third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
